Tenfu Updates Next Day Disclosure: 3,000-Share Buyback Leaves Issued Capital Steady at 1.08 Billion

Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited filed a Next Day Disclosure Return with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 21 April 2026, reporting the following key developments:

• Issued share capital unchanged – Opening and closing balances both stood at 1,082.95 million ordinary shares, with no new shares issued and no cancellations completed during the period.

• Fresh on-market repurchase – On 21 April 2026, Tenfu bought back 3,000 shares on the Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 2.86 to HKD 2.87, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 8,600. The shares are earmarked for cancellation.

• Cumulative yet-to-be-cancelled buybacks – From 29 December 2025 to 21 April 2026, the company repurchased 112,000 shares for cancellation at prices between HKD 2.50 and HKD 2.95, representing approximately 0.01 % of the current issued shares. The total consideration for these pending cancellations is about HKD 0.31 million.

• Repurchase mandate utilisation – Under the mandate granted on 9 May 2025, Tenfu is authorised to repurchase up to 108.38 million shares. As of 21 April 2026, 740,000 shares have been bought, utilising 0.07 % of the authorised quota.

• Moratorium on new issues – In line with listing rules, Tenfu is restricted from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 21 May 2026, 30 days after the latest repurchase.

The company confirmed that all repurchase activities complied with Hong Kong listing rules and applicable regulations.
