Taste • Gourmet Group Limited (8371) released a voluntary announcement regarding a new lease agreement for opening a second Golden Dragon Sizzler Restaurant in Hong Kong. The lease, subject to final signature by the landlord, covers a three-year term with an option to renew for another three years. The property is located at Shop 119 on the first floor of Nina Mall in Tsuen Wan, with the lease commencement date set for 20 October 2025.

According to the announcement, operations of the new Golden Dragon Sizzler Restaurant are expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2025. The lease terms were determined with reference to prevailing market rates for comparable properties.

As the applicable percentage ratios under the relevant listing rules are below 5%, the new lease is not subject to further compliance requirements under Chapter 19 of the GEM Listing Rules. The landlord, a major property developer and operator of premium shopping malls in Hong Kong, is considered an independent third party as defined by the regulations.
