iMotion Automotive Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (“IMOTIONTECH”) disclosed that Ms. Jiang Jingfang has submitted her resignation as Executive Director and President, effective 26 June 2026. The departure is attributed to “individual work arrangements and family reasons.”

According to the filing, Ms. Jiang confirmed she has no disagreement with the Board, and no other matters require shareholder or Hong Kong Stock Exchange attention. The Board expressed formal appreciation for her contributions during her tenure.

Post-resignation, the Board will comprise: • Mr. Song Yang – Chairman and Executive Director • Mr. Lu Yukun – Executive Director • Ms. Liu Fang – Executive Director • Dr. Zhang Weigong – Independent Non-Executive Director • Ms. Xue Rui Shirley – Independent Non-Executive Director • Dr. Shao Jun – Independent Non-Executive Director
