According to an announcement from CITIC SEC (06030), its wholly-owned overseas subsidiary, CITIC Securities International Limited (hereinafter referred to as CITIC Securities International), has a subsidiary named CSI MTN Limited (hereinafter referred to as the issuer or the guaranteed entity), which established an overseas medium-term note program (hereinafter referred to as the MTN Program) on March 29, 2022. This MTN Program is guaranteed by CITIC Securities International. In response to the maturity of existing notes and the actual business development needs of the company, the issuer has issued two notes under the MTN Program totaling USD 10.3 million and HKD 120 million on October 21, 2025. Following this issuance, the total principal balance of notes issued by the issuer under the MTN Program amounts to USD 2.68 billion.
