Shares of A-LIVING (03319) rose more than 7% again. As of the time of writing, the stock was up 6.64% to HKD 2.57, with a turnover of HKD 14.0629 million.

The company's annual report shows full-year revenue of RMB 12.89 billion, gross profit of RMB 1.68 billion, and adjusted net profit of RMB 780 million. Among these, revenue from non-cyclical businesses such as property services, homeowner value-added services, and urban services reached RMB 12.80 billion, accounting for 99.3% of the total, further enhancing business sustainability.

Additionally, the group's Chief Financial Officer, Huang Jiayi, previously noted that the group's overall operating performance in the first quarter was robust, with key metrics largely meeting expectations. Everbright Securities earlier released a research report stating that the company's profit recovery in the first half of 2025 is mainly attributed to a phased reduction in impairment pressure, while operations remain in an adjustment period prioritizing quality improvement and payment collection. Looking ahead, the core property management business demonstrates resilience, but the recovery pace of homeowner value-added and expansion businesses continues to be affected by the post-property cycle. Meanwhile, the collection of trade receivables still requires further observation.
