On May 22, Canadian children's entertainment company Spin Master Corp. announced its participation in the TD Cowen 10th Annual Consumer Future Conference. CEO Christina Miller and CFO Jonathan Roiter will meet with institutional investors and participate in a fireside chat. The event is scheduled for June 2 at 3:30 PM Eastern Time and will be webcast live.

Spin Master's portfolio includes well-known toy brands such as PAW Patrol, Melissa & Doug, Bakugan, and Rubik's Cube. The company operates across three creative centers: toys, entertainment, and digital games, distributing products to over 100 countries worldwide. Recently, Spin Master extended its licensing agreement with Feld Motor Sports for the Monster Jam brand by ten years, solidifying its position as the second-largest licensed brand in the toy vehicles category.

Financially, the company reported first-quarter 2026 revenue of $328.5 million, a 9% decline year-over-year. This decrease is attributed to a high base in 2025 due to retailers advancing import orders to avoid tariffs. Despite the drop, performance exceeded internal expectations. Spin Master reaffirmed its full-year 2026 guidance, projecting revenue to be flat to low single-digit growth, with adjusted EBITDA expected to grow in the mid to high single digits. Operating cash flow improved to $103 million in Q1, and the net leverage ratio decreased to approximately 0.9x, indicating a significantly strengthened financial position.

The company stated that a top priority for 2026 is capitalizing on the commercial opportunities presented by the theatrical release of "PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie" in August. The related toy line is set to launch in July, with a digital game of the same name planned for release within the year.
