China Display Optoelectronics Technology Holdings Limited (stock code: 334) announced that Executive Director Mr. Wang Xinfu has resigned, effective 17 October 2025. According to the announcement, the resignation stems from his decision to devote more time to other commitments.

The company stated that Mr. Wang has no claims against the Group, has no disagreements with the Board, and that there is no matter requiring further attention from shareholders or the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The Board expressed its gratitude for Mr. Wang’s contributions during his tenure.

As of 17 October 2025, the Board comprises Chairman and Non-Executive Director Mr. Liao Qian; Executive Directors Mr. Zhang Feng, Mr. Xi Wenbo, and Mr. Zhang Caili; as well as Independent Non-Executive Directors Ms. Hsu Wai Man Helen, Mr. Xu Yan, Mr. Li Yang, and Ms. Yang Qiulin.
