The two parties will discuss and explore cooperation opportunities in the Hong Kong region concerning mobile connected robotics products and solutions in the fields of education, humanoid robotics, and retail. The collaboration, if realized, will leverage NOVAUTEK Intelligent Driving's expertise in robotic technology along with Hutchison Telecommunications' 5G communication capabilities, further expanding the application of 5G technology in the robotics sector to provide customers with smarter and more efficient solutions. By integrating NOVAUTEK Intelligent Driving's advanced intelligent robotic products and solutions with Hutchison Telecommunications' robust 5G network and top-notch information and communication technology in Hong Kong, both parties aim to jointly develop mobile connected robotic solutions to support the construction of a smart city in Hong Kong. This also reflects their long-term vision of empowering intelligent transformation through communication technology. If realized, the collaboration will maximize the core strengths of both parties, achieving synergies that capitalize on their technological advantages and market resources. As Hutchison Telecommunications' business partner in Hong Kong, NOVAUTEK Intelligent Driving will be responsible for the business expansion and project operations regarding mobile robotic solutions in the fields of education, humanoid robotics, and retail. As of the date of this announcement, NOVAUTEK Intelligent Driving and Hutchison Telecommunications have not entered into any legally binding agreement for this collaboration; further negotiations and the signing of a formal agreement are required.
