Two separate court hearings in Shanghai have been scheduled, involving labor contract disputes between Orient Securities Company Limited and two former employees. One case is filed by Wang X, and the other by Shang X.

Public records indicate that Wang X previously served as a Senior Manager in the Industrial Investment Banking Division at Orient Securities, holding a postgraduate degree. Wang participated in projects such as the IPO of Taihong Wanli and the refinancing of Bojun Technology.

Shang X also held the position of Senior Manager in the same division, with a postgraduate degree. Shang was involved in projects including the IPO of Puyuan Jingdian and the IPO of Zhigao Machinery.

Both individuals were previously part of the project team for Zhejiang Minghe Xineng. Notably, all 25 members of that original project team have since left the company. Among them, two have secured positions through the national civil service examination, while two, including Wang and Shang, are involved in labor disputes with the firm.
