PICC Property and Casualty Company Limited (PICC P&C) announced that Mr. Zhang Daoming has been appointed Secretary to the Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) within the company, effective immediately.

The appointment was made in accordance with the decision of the CPC Committee of The People’s Insurance Company (Group) of China Limited. Mr. Zhang already serves as a member of the CPC Committees of both the group and PICC P&C, temporary responsible officer, executive director, vice-president, and responsible financial officer of PICC P&C.

Following this change, the company’s board composition remains: • Chairperson: Ms. Ding Xiangqun (non-executive director) • Executive directors: Mr. Zhang Daoming, Mr. Jiang Caishi, Mr. Hu Wei • Employee director: Ms. Li Ling (non-executive director) • Independent directors: Mr. Cheng Fengchao, Mr. Wei Chenyang, Mr. Li Weibin, Mr. Qu Xiaobo, Ms. Xue Shuang
