DMALL repurchases 0.06% of outstanding shares, spending HKD 3.02 million on 3 July

DMALL Inc. reported a share buy-back of 501,200 ordinary shares on 3 July 2026 via on-exchange transactions, paying an aggregate HKD 3.02 million. The repurchase price ranged between HKD 5.98 and HKD 6.08 per share, with a volume-weighted average of HKD 6.03.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell to 868.92 million shares from 869.43 million, while treasury shares rose to 68.59 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 937.51 million.

The buy-back represents 0.0576% of DMALL’s outstanding shares prior to the transaction and was executed under the general mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 88.37 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now amount to 14.79 million shares, equivalent to 1.67% of the share count on the mandate’s approval date.

All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock; none have been cancelled. In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, DMALL is subject to a moratorium on issuing or transferring treasury shares until 2 August 2026.

The company confirmed that the transaction complied with all relevant listing rules, regulatory requirements and internal approvals.
