Kanzhun Limited has released its "2025 Safety Governance Report – Forging Alliances in a Dynamic Game." The report reveals that large AI models are now deeply integrated across various aspects of job-seeking security. Of all the accounts banned and dealt with by the platform throughout the year, 80% were proactively intercepted by an AI-powered risk control system.
The report indicates that black and grey industries conducting illegal activities under the guise of recruitment are exhibiting new trends characterized by "industrialization, syndication, and outsourcing." In response, the platform has enhanced its AI's capability to identify violations and, building on this, collaborated with police forces to combat crime at its source. This cooperation assisted police in solving 58 cases, leading to the arrest of 607 suspects and the successful dismantling of several criminal gangs involved in scams like "deceptive logistics" and "recruitment-to-training" schemes.
Simultaneously, the security team intensified its efforts to send safety alerts and anti-fraud educational information to job seekers, aiming to build a "first line of defense" in their minds. Throughout the year, the platform pushed relevant information to users nearly 250 million times.
