China Boton Repurchases 302,000 Shares for HKD 0.84 Million, Raising Treasury Stock to 23.02 Million

China Boton Group Company Limited disclosed a next-day return and repurchase report to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange dated 2 September 2026, detailing a further buyback of its ordinary shares.

On 2 September 2026, the company repurchased 302,000 shares on the Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 2.75 to HKD 2.82, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 2.79 per share. The total consideration amounted to approximately HKD 0.84 million.

Following the transaction, China Boton’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 1.05749 billion, representing a 0.03% reduction from the previous day, while treasury shares increased to 23.02 million. The overall issued share count, including treasury shares, remains unchanged at 1.08051 billion.

The buyback was executed under the general mandate approved by shareholders on 22 May 2026, which permits the repurchase of up to 108.05 million shares. To date, 0.30 million shares—about 0.03% of the mandate limit—have been repurchased. Under Hong Kong Listing Rules, China Boton is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 2 October 2026.
