Datang Environment Industry Group Co., Ltd. (1272) announced that, based on its latest unaudited management accounts, it expects a profit before tax of RMB700 million to RMB710 million for the year ended December 31, 2025. This range is an increase from the profit before tax of approximately RMB655 million recorded for the previous year.

The company attributes the anticipated profit growth to higher gross profit margins in its engineering operations, driven by continued quality enhancements and efficiency measures. In addition, accelerated trade receivables collection and favorable domestic monetary policies reduced overall finance costs by lowering both the principal and interest on bank borrowings.
