BAIOO Family Interactive Limited (BAIOO) announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, the circular dated 29 April 2026, the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the related proxy form are now available online. The documents can be viewed or downloaded from BAIOO’s website (www.baioo.com.hk) and from HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

To streamline communication, the board recommends that shareholders access the web-based documents. Registered shareholders who encounter difficulty receiving email notifications or accessing the online files may request printed copies at no cost. A completed and signed reply form should be returned to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. The form can be mailed using the prepaid label provided or emailed to 2100-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders are responsible for supplying a functional email address. Until a valid address is provided, notices of publication and any actionable corporate communications will be dispatched in hard copy.
