MMG has announced the successful completion of its share placement.

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the transaction was finalized on June 18, 2026.

A total of approximately 706 million new shares, representing about 5.5% of the company's enlarged issued share capital following the issuance and allotment of the placement shares, have been successfully placed.

The shares were placed by the placing agent with no fewer than six placees at a price of HK$8.88 per share, as stipulated in the placement agreement.
