Wuling Motors Holdings Limited (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”) announced a leadership transition effective 29 June 2026.
Resignation • Executive Director Mr. Wei Mingfeng will leave the Board to focus on other management roles within Guangxi Automobile Holdings Limited, the Company’s controlling shareholder. • Mr. Wei confirmed no outstanding claims against the Company, no disagreement with the Board, and no matters requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention. • The Board expressed gratitude for Mr. Wei’s contributions during his tenure.
Appointment • Mr. Song Wei, aged 40, has been appointed Executive Director with effect from 29 June 2026. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering (Automotive), Huazhong University of Science and Technology, July 2010; EMBA, same university, September 2024. • Current roles: Director, Deputy Party Secretary and Discipline Inspection Commission Secretary of Liuzhou Wuling New Energy Motors Co., Ltd. (“Wuling New Energy”), an associate of the Group; Assistant to the Chairman of the Board. • Career history: Joined Guangxi Automobile in July 2010; held various managerial positions at Liuzhou Wuling Motors Industrial Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Automobile; served as Executive Vice President of the Company (Aug 2019–Mar 2023) and Chief Executive Officer (Mar 2023–Feb 2025). • Remuneration: No director’s fee from the Company; received RMB 0.62 million from Wuling New Energy in FY2025 under its remuneration policy. • Equity interest: Holds approximately 0.04% of Wuling New Energy. • No relationships with existing directors, senior management, or controlling shareholders of the Company, and no other Hong Kong or overseas listed directorships in the past three years.
