The commercial space concept continued its upward trajectory. At the time of writing, DRINDA (02865) surged 15.29% to HK$25.64; APT SATELLITE (01045) rose 12.81% to HK$4.14; and GOLDWIND (02208) increased by 5.92% to HK$15.39. On the news front, media reports citing sources indicate that Elon Musk is actively advancing the initial public offering (IPO) plan for his SpaceX, targeting a completion before July this year. Furthermore, three commercial aerospace enterprises—Galaxy Power, Interstellar Glory, and Space Tianbing Technology—have recently updated their listing guidance progress. Adding to the momentum, LandSpace's IPO application has been accepted, and Zhongke Aerospace has completed its guidance filing, meaning all five core enterprises primarily engaged in launch vehicle operations have now entered the fray, making a collective dash to become the "first stock in commercial aerospace." Notably, on the evening of January 21, DRINDA announced it had entered into a placement agreement with a placing agent to issue up to 18.682 million new H shares at HK$22 per share, raising a maximum of HK$411 million. The company plans to allocate approximately 45% of the net proceeds from the placement for the research, development, and production of space photovoltaic cell-related products, about 45% for equity investments and cooperation within the commercial aerospace sector, and the remaining 10% will be used to supplement working capital.
