According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on July 13th, Schroders PLC increased its holding in Zhejiang Sanhua Intelligent Controls Co.,Ltd. (HKG: 02050) by 2.1693 million shares.

The transaction was executed at an average price of HK$27.4431 per share, resulting in a total consideration of approximately HK$59.5323 million.

Following this acquisition, Schroders PLC's total shareholding in the company has risen to 72.1894 million shares, representing a stake of 15.15%.
