On September 26, the signing ceremony for "A Covenant with the Sea, YIN Enters the Azure" between Azure No. 1 and YIN HOTELS was held at Ocean Spring Coast in the Beidaihe New District of Qinhuangdao, marking the official entry of the premium boutique resort hotel YIN HOTELS into Ocean Spring Coast.

Attending the signing ceremony were Wang Honghui, Executive Director and Executive President of Sino-Ocean Group, Zhang Xiaoyan, General Manager of Sino-Ocean Group's Beijing Company, Liu Dongpeng, General Manager of Ocean Spring Coast, Zhao Yue, General Manager of the Ocean Spring Coast Development Project, and Luo Ding, Founder and Chairman of Tiandi Youda Mei.
