METALIGHT (02605) announced that Ms. Lü Lu has resigned from her position as executive director due to job role changes, effective December 31, 2025. Dr. Xie Tao has also resigned as an independent non-executive director to dedicate more time to personal matters, with his resignation taking effect on the same date. Concurrently, his roles as a member of the audit committee and remuneration committee will terminate.

Mr. Xiao Pingyuan and Dr. Xiong Yingfei have been appointed as executive director and independent non-executive director, respectively. Dr. Xiong Yingfei will additionally assume membership in the audit committee and remuneration committee, effective December 31, 2025.

Furthermore, Dr. Sun Xi has been appointed as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, succeeding Ms. Lü Lu in this capacity, with the appointment effective from December 31, 2025.
