Pioneer Global Group Limited (Stock Code: 00224) has scheduled an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 25 November 2025 at 11:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time) at 18th Floor, 68 Yee Wo Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

Shareholders will consider and vote on an ordinary resolution to appoint Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited as the new auditor of Pioneer Global Group Limited. If approved, the appointment will remain valid until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting, with the board of directors authorized to fix the firm’s remuneration.
