Keppel REIT issues 18.0 million new units to settle management fee

Keppel REIT Management Limited announced the issuance of 18,030,926 new Keppel REIT units at 0.9763 Singapore dollars each—worth about 17.6 million Singapore dollars—as payment for its management fee.

The base‐fee portion, covering Oct, 01 2025 to Dec, 31 2025, accounted for 9,328,621 units, while the performance‐fee portion, covering Jan, 01 2025 to Dec, 31 2025, contributed 8,702,305 units.

After the allotment, the manager’s holding rose to 282,111,392 units, representing 5.69% of Keppel REIT’s enlarged total of 4,955,086,896 issued units.

The issue price was based on the volume‐weighted average trading price of Keppel REIT units on the Singapore Exchange during the ten business days immediately preceding Dec, 31 2025.
