On September 16, the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Scenario-based and Map-based Reference Guide for Promoting Digital Transformation in Key Industries (2025 Edition)". The guide's appendix provides scenario maps for 14 industries in the 2025 edition, including steel, petrochemical, construction machinery, new energy vehicles, robotics, medical equipment, home appliances, sugar processing, liquor, cosmetics and daily chemicals, lithium batteries, printed circuit boards (PCB), smart mobile terminals, and civil explosives. Moving forward, the ministry will continue to support relevant industry entities in dynamically updating scenario maps based on technological evolution and industrial development. Additionally, other industries are encouraged to explore the construction of "one map and four lists" frameworks.
