Longfor Group Holdings Limited on 30 April 2026 disclosed the allotment of 55.77 million new ordinary shares pursuant to its 2025 interim-dividend Scrip Dividend Scheme.

The new shares, issued at HKD 7.748 each, represent 0.79% of Longfor Group’s pre-issue share capital of 7.04 billion shares as at 31 March 2026. Based on the disclosed issue price, the transaction implies an equity consideration of approximately HKD 432.12 million.

Following the issuance, the company’s total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) increased to 7.10 billion. The filing confirms that Longfor Group holds no treasury shares, and no shares were repurchased or redeemed during the period.

The board of directors affirmed that the share issue was duly authorised and executed in full compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board Listing Rules and other applicable regulations. The disclosure was signed by Company Secretary Zhang Lei.
