Sunshine Oil (02012.HK) has released a supplementary announcement on September 9th regarding the previously disclosed establishment of a joint venture. The artificial intelligence computing power joint venture, co-invested by the company alongside multiple partners, has now completed its industrial and commercial registration procedures and has been officially established under the name Dizheng Zhisuan Artificial Intelligence (Qinhuangdao Beidaihe District) Co., Ltd.

One of the joint venture partners, Jiangsu Zhongke Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., has now changed its name to Zhongke (Nanjing) Investment Holding Co., Ltd. Currently, the overall project design plan has been finalized, and the relevant approval processes are being advanced as scheduled, with all pre-construction preparations being carried out simultaneously.
