CAPINFO (01075) announced the completion of the sale of its stake in Beijing Certificate Authority Co., Ltd. on December 30, 2025. During the divestment period, the company sold 2.7 million shares of Beijing Certificate Authority via block trades and another 2.7 million shares through centralized bidding, with each batch representing 1% of the target company's total share capital. In total, CAPINFO divested 5.4 million shares, accounting for a combined 2% of Beijing Certificate Authority's total equity. The price range for the shares sold through centralized bidding was RMB 28.18 to RMB 31.63 per share, while the block trades were executed at prices between RMB 25.62 and RMB 28.60 per share. The total proceeds from the sale amounted to approximately RMB 154 million, marking the full implementation of this share reduction plan.
