NWDS CHINA (00825) announced that Ms. Xie Huifang, due to her intention to dedicate more time to personal development, has tendered her resignation as an Executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective February 14, 2026. Concurrently, she will also cease to be a member of the Executive Committee, the Nomination Committee, and the Remuneration Committee under the Board of Directors. Following Ms. Xie Huifang's resignation as CEO and pending the appointment of a new CEO, the company will implement a leadership transition arrangement, effective January 14, 2026. Under this transition arrangement, Ms. Huang Shaomei, the company's Vice Chairman and Executive Director, and Chairman of the Executive Committee under the Board, will assume overall leadership of the Group's daily management and operations, providing strategic guidance to the management team.
