SY HOLDINGS (ASX: 06069) has announced the granting of share-based incentives.

In accordance with its share option scheme adopted on May 21, 2024, the company granted a total of 5 million share options to one eligible participant on June 24, 2026.

The options entitle the grantee to subscribe for the company's ordinary shares listed on the Stock Exchange at a price of HK$8.09 per share, subject to acceptance.

Separately, on the same date, the company granted a total of 272,000 restricted share awards to three eligible grantees.

These awards were made under its restricted share award plan adopted on March 17, 2025, and are also subject to acceptance by the recipients.
