CHINA NEXT-GEN (03928) announced that Ms. Wang Kelly, an executive director of the company, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective September 26, 2025. Ms. Wang will lead the group with a focus on the group's operations and business activities, formulate long-term business strategies for the group, and explore other suitable business opportunities and/or seek to expand the geographical coverage or service offerings of the group's principal business. Following Ms. Wang's appointment as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Xu Zhouchang has been reassigned as Co-Chief Executive Officer, effective September 26, 2025. He will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer of the group's Singapore business and will continue to work closely with the management team to drive the group's development.
