Hong Kong-based healthcare provider Living Homeopathy International has officially withdrawn its initial public offering plan as of Tuesday, August 18. The company first submitted its listing application in May 2025, later revising terms in March 2026 to offer 3.8 million shares at a proposed price range of $4 to $6 per share, targeting gross proceeds of approximately $19 million.

The firm specializes in a diverse portfolio of healthcare products, including homeopathic remedies, which accounted for 9% of fiscal 2024 revenue, alongside homeopathic adjunct therapies representing 80% and flower-based therapies at 4%. These items are predominantly sourced from manufacturers and resold under the LIVING brand. Additionally, the company develops personal care products, such as mouthwash, toothpaste, and shampoo, contributing 2% to revenue, and water filtration products at 4%, which are produced in collaboration with manufacturing partners.

According to Frost & Sullivan data, Living Homeopathy International ranked first among all homeopathy service providers in Hong Kong in 2023, capturing approximately 41.3% of the market share based on sales revenue from homeopathic products. Established in 1994, the company had originally intended to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "LHI." Revere Securities was designated as the sole bookrunner for the proposed offering.
