With the peak summer travel season approaching, travelers from Ningbo will enjoy greater convenience. The Zhejiang branch of China Eastern Airlines has announced that, starting July 1st, the airline's direct flight service from Ningbo to Singapore will be increased by four additional weekly flights.

This enhancement will bring the total to daily flights, effectively creating an "everyday service" for the Ningbo-Singapore route. This move significantly improves travel options for Ningbo passengers planning round trips to Singapore during the summer period.

Currently, flights from Ningbo to Singapore operate three times per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. The outbound flight, MU6077, departs Ningbo at 10:55 AM and arrives at Singapore Changi Airport at 4:25 PM. The return flight, MU6078, leaves Singapore at 5:30 PM and arrives back in Ningbo at 10:45 PM.

Beginning July 1st, China Eastern will add new flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. The new outbound service, MU7321, will depart Ningbo at 10:00 PM and arrive in Singapore at 2:55 AM the following day. The corresponding return flight, MU7322, will depart Singapore at 4:00 AM and land in Ningbo at 8:55 AM.

Following this frequency increase, Ningbo Airport will offer a daily direct flight to Singapore. As Singapore offers visa-free entry for Chinese citizens, travelers can essentially embark on a trip with just their passport.

For the summer season, China Eastern Airlines is also introducing and increasing direct flight services from Ningbo to other domestic destinations. A new daily flight to Datong will be launched, with flight MU6111 departing Ningbo at 7:50 PM and arriving at Datong Yungang Airport at 10:15 PM. The return flight, MU6112, will leave Datong at 11:00 PM and arrive back in Ningbo at 1:35 AM the next day.

Additionally, the airline will add late-night flights from Ningbo to Dalian on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

Furthermore, the airline is expanding its network from Hangzhou. Starting July 1st, a new daily direct flight from Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport to Dali will commence. From July 12th, the airline will inaugurate its first-ever direct route from Hangzhou to Korla in Xinjiang, operating twice weekly on Mondays and Fridays.
