YSB Repurchases 63,000 Shares at HK$3.57 Average; Total Buybacks Reach 0.09% of Share Capital

YSB Inc. (incorporated in the Cayman Islands) disclosed that it bought back 63,000 ordinary shares on 28 August 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The buybacks, executed at prices between HK$3.51 and HK$3.585 per share and representing an average consideration of HK$3.57, cost the company HK$0.23 million in aggregate.

The repurchased shares—equating to 0.0091% of YSB’s 692.49 million issued shares—are earmarked for cancellation and have not yet been removed from the share count. Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 692.49 million shares until the cancellation is processed.

These purchases form part of YSB’s share-repurchase mandate approved on 21 May 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 68.81 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under the mandate now stand at 627,000 shares, equivalent to 0.091% of the share base on the mandate’s reference date.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, YSB is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of any treasury shares until 27 September 2026.
