Pengo Holdings Group Limited (Stock Code: 1865) has announced changes to its executive directorate, effective 6 February 2026. According to the official announcement, the incumbent executive Director, Mr. Law Wai Yip, will step down to focus on other business engagements. The board expressed gratitude for his contributions.

Concurrent with this development, the company will appoint Mr. Liang Enkai as its new executive Director. Mr. Liang, currently 40, has entrepreneurial and managerial experience, having established Shenzhen Fangxinhang Commercial Consulting Co., Ltd. in 2017. He also serves as the chairman of Wuhan Liji Information Technology Co., Ltd. and has led various financing and market expansion initiatives. Under the terms of the appointment, Mr. Liang will receive an annual director’s fee of HK$100,000 and discretionary bonuses determined by the board and the company’s Remuneration Committee.
