FORTUNE SUN (00352) announced that the Stock Exchange's Listing Committee has decided to uphold the Listing Division's determination under Listing Rule 13.24. Unless the company submits an application for review of this decision pursuant to its rights under Listing Rule 2B.06(1), trading of the shares will be suspended from September 9, 2025 (being seven business days after the date of the Listing Committee's decision). After careful consideration, the company has decided to abandon its right to submit a review application under Listing Rule 2B.06(1). Accordingly, trading of the company's shares will be suspended from September 9, 2025. Before trading can be resumed, the company must: (1) re-comply with the requirements under Listing Rule 13.24; (2) meet any resumption guidance that may be imposed by the Stock Exchange; and (3) satisfy the Stock Exchange that it is in full compliance with the Listing Rules.
