The Company has clarified that it has no affiliation with this fraudulent platform, has never granted any institution or individual authorization to raise funds or solicit investments using the name “Zhongyu Energy,” and does not conduct any such activities through social media, telemarketing, or third-party platforms. Official information and updates are disseminated exclusively through the Company’s official website, its WeChat account (ZhongyuEnergy-3633), and the HKEX Website (http://www.hkexnews.hk). The Company urges investors and the public to remain vigilant and to access official information only via these channels.

The Company has reported the matter to the Hong Kong Police Force and the relevant law enforcement agencies in Mainland China. Persons who may have experienced loss due to the fraudulent platform are advised to contact local law enforcement agencies immediately.
