Wai Hung Group Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 3321) has announced that Executive Director, Chairlady of the nomination committee, and member of the audit and remuneration committees, Ms. Tung Ching, will resign effective 31 October 2025. According to the announcement, Ms. Tung plans to devote more time to other business commitments, and she has stated that there are no disagreements with the board.

Upon Ms. Tung’s departure, the group will not be in compliance with Rule 3.10(1), Rule 3.10A of the Listing Rules, and B.3.5 of the Corporate Governance Code. The board plans to identify a suitable candidate to fulfill the requirements of these rules as soon as possible.
