Eagle Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust said all remaining funds have been repatriated to a U.S. liquidating trust under a court-approved plan as of Aug, 27 2026. Stapled securityholders will not receive any distribution from the winding-up process.

The trust will be delisted from the Singapore Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on Aug, 31 2026, and will be terminated on the same date, the trustee added.
