Shenzhen LDROBOT Co., Ltd. has released the details of its planned Hong Kong initial public offering, targeting a listing on 11 May 2026.

Key terms • Size and structure: The Global Offering comprises 33.33 million H shares, with 3.33 million shares (approx. 10%) earmarked for the Hong Kong Public Offering and 30.00 million shares (approx. 90%) for the International Offering. An over-allotment option applies to the international tranche.

• Pricing: The offer price is capped at HK$30.00 per H share. Based on the maximum price, a standard board lot of 200 shares requires HK$6,060.51, inclusive of brokerage, SFC levy, AFRC levy and Stock Exchange trading fee.

• Timetable: – Hong Kong Public Offering opens at 9:00 a.m. on 30 April 2026 and closes at 12:00 noon on 6 May 2026. – Final pricing will be determined on or before 7 May 2026. – Allocation results and final pricing will be published by 11:00 p.m. on 8 May 2026. – Trading is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. on 11 May 2026, subject to customary conditions.

• Application method: The Hong Kong Public Offering is fully electronic. Investors can submit applications via HK eIPO White Form (www.hkeipo.hk) or the HKSCC EIPO channel; no physical application forms will be accepted. The minimum application is 200 shares and thereafter in multiples of 200.

• Nominal value and settlement: Each H share has a nominal value of RMB0.10. Subject to admission by HKSCC, shares will be eligible for CCASS settlement on the listing date and will trade in board lots of 200 shares under stock code 1236.

Underwriting provisions allow the sponsor-overall coordinators to terminate the Hong Kong underwriting agreement under specified circumstances any time before 8:00 a.m. on the listing date.
