ITC Properties Group Limited (the “Company”) announced that the fulfilment date for the general mandate share subscription (the “GM Share Subscription Agreement”) has been extended. According to the previous agreement, the GM Completion was subject to certain conditions being fulfilled by 2 February 2026. Due to additional time required for completion, both parties agreed to extend this date to 2 March 2026 (or a later mutually agreed date).

All other terms and conditions of the GM Share Subscription Agreement remain unchanged.
