On May 15, 2026, Beijiao Jinke Financial Services Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Beijiao Jinke) and Tianfu Tezi (Sichuan) Investment Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tianfu Tezi) held a symposium and signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Chengdu. Attendees included Zhu Ge, Party Secretary and Chairman of Beijing Equity Exchange; Yuan Lei, Party Secretary and Chairman of Tianfu Tezi; Luo Shihai, General Manager of Tianfu Tezi; and Han Bin, General Manager of Beijiao Jinke.

Chairman Zhu Ge noted that the special asset sector is currently experiencing a concentrated release of policy dividends, with the state actively encouraging various forms of capital to participate in revitalizing existing assets and investing in special assets. Private capital is also being encouraged to engage in the revitalization of stock assets through the equity exchange market. As a leading institution in the equity exchange industry, Beijing Equity Exchange has seen its transaction volume exceed 10 trillion yuan for multiple consecutive years. In recent years, it has continued to expand its business in areas such as non-performing debt transfer, disposal of pledged assets, corporate debt restructuring and relief, and disposal of risk assets from financial institutions. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, Beijing Equity Exchange completed 478 debt disposal projects with a transaction value of nearly 23 billion yuan, and handled 51,899 asset disposals involving litigation and administrative institutions, with a transaction value exceeding 3.9 billion yuan. As the southwestern service hub of Beijing Equity Exchange, Beijiao Jinke has been deeply involved in the regional special asset industry for over a decade, establishing a comprehensive service system covering the entire special asset business process and driving the evolution of special asset disposal from "single transactions" to "ecological collaboration."

Sichuan Province is a key region in the western special asset market. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, nearly 300 billion yuan in non-performing assets were disposed of in the region. An ecosystem involving both state-owned enterprises and private capital in the special asset business is rapidly forming, providing ample opportunities for professional institutions to participate deeply. As a Fortune Global 500 company, Shudao Group boasts assets exceeding 1.5 trillion yuan, creating significant demand for revitalizing special assets while possessing strong resource integration capabilities. As the sole specialized platform for special asset investment and management under Shudao Group, Tianfu Tezi focuses on core businesses such as centralized management of special assets within the group and the market, asset disposal, revitalization of problematic projects, restructuring of troubled enterprises, industrial mergers and acquisitions, investment banking services, and special opportunity investments. It holds extensive special asset resources and significant professional advantages within the region and industry.

The collaboration between Beijiao Jinke and Tianfu Tezi leverages the resource aggregation advantages of the equity exchange market and aligns closely with local economic development needs. This partnership represents a practical step by both parties to implement state-owned enterprise reform policies, integrate advantageous resources, and promote the high-quality development of the special asset business. Both sides expressed that this signing marks a new starting point. They will fully leverage their respective strengths in resources, platforms, expertise, and industry sectors to continuously expand the scope and depth of cooperation, contributing further to the high-quality economic development of Sichuan and the broader southwestern region.
