Techtronic Industries Company Limited (Techtronic Industries) reported the repurchase of 80,000 ordinary shares on 10 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging between HKD 127.80 and HKD 131.20, for a total consideration of HKD 10.32 million, implying an average cost of HKD 128.96 per share.

Including this latest purchase, Techtronic Industries now holds 531,500 repurchased shares that remain outstanding pending cancellation. These shares were acquired between 25 August and 10 September 2026 at volume-weighted average prices ranging from HKD 129.90 to HKD 140.33. The accumulated yet-to-be-cancelled amount equals approximately 0.03% of the company’s current issued share capital of 1.83 billion shares.

The immediate buyback on 10 September represents about 0.0044% of the company’s issued shares. Once all repurchased shares are cancelled, the outstanding share count is set to decline from 1,827.55 million to roughly 1,827.02 million.

Under the shareholder mandate granted on 8 May 2026, Techtronic Industries is authorised to repurchase up to 182.98 million shares. To date, the company has repurchased 3.48 million shares under this mandate, equivalent to 0.19% of the issued shares on the mandate date, leaving substantial headroom for further buybacks. The 30-day moratorium on new share issues following the latest purchase extends to 10 October 2026.

The board confirms that all repurchase activities complied with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and relevant regulatory requirements, and that the aggregate consideration has been fully settled.
