JIU RONG HOLD (02358) announced that Guan Weixiong has resigned from the following positions due to his intention to dedicate more time to his career, effective October 31, 2025: (i) Company Secretary of the Company; (ii) Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (SEHK); (iii) Authorized Representative to accept legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong); and (iv) Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Huang Jiayin has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Authorized Representative, effective November 1, 2025.
