In September 2025, the company received a notice of acceptance from NAFMII, confirming the registration of its medium-term notes with a total quota of 1 billion yuan. This registered quota remains valid for two years from the date of the notice. Under this quota, the company completed the issuance of its first series of medium-term notes for 2025 in November 2025, with a total value of 500 million yuan. These notes carried a coupon rate of 2.00% and had a maturity period of three years.

Recently, the company issued its first series of technology innovation bonds for 2026, with an issuance size of 500 million yuan. The bonds feature an interest rate of 1.88% and a three-year term. The raised funds were fully received on March 12, 2026. Following this issuance, the company's 1 billion yuan medium-term note registration quota has been fully utilized.
