The Board comprises one Chairman and Executive Director, two additional Executive Directors, one Non-Executive Director, and three Independent Non-Executive Directors. There are four Board committees—Audit, Nomination, Remuneration, and Environmental, Social and Governance—each chaired or attended by various Board members, reflecting their respective specialties and responsibilities. The Chairman, Mr. Yuan Zhijun, also serves on the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee, while other directors take on key chair and member roles across the committees.
