LUZHOU BANK (01983) has announced that its Board of Directors received a written resignation from the bank's President, Mr. Liu Shirong, on March 23, 2026. Mr. Liu resigned from his position as President, effective upon the delivery of his resignation to the Board, due to approaching retirement age. Following his resignation as President, Mr. Liu will be re-designated as a non-executive director (employee director) effective immediately. He will continue to serve as a member of the Board's Connected Transactions Control Committee and the Risk Management Committee.

To ensure the orderly continuation of daily operations, the bank's Board of Directors convened on March 23, 2026, and passed a resolution appointing Vice President Mr. Wang Chong to act as President. This appointment will be effective from the date the bank submits the acting duty report to the financial regulatory authorities.

Separately, the Board of Directors also announced it received a written resignation from the bank's Vice President, Ms. Xue Xiaoqin, on March 23, 2026. Ms. Xue resigned from her position as Vice President due to approaching retirement age. Her resignation is effective upon the delivery of the written resignation to the Board.

Furthermore, the Board received a written resignation from Mr. Wang Chong on the same date. Mr. Wang resigned from his position as Head of the bank's Chengdu Branch (a municipal-level position) due to work adjustments. This resignation is effective upon delivery to the Board. Following the effectiveness of this resignation, Mr. Wang will continue to serve as a Vice President of the bank.

To ensure the orderly management of the Chengdu Branch's daily operations, the Board of Directors convened on March 23, 2026, and passed a resolution appointing Mr. Guo Changliang, Deputy Head of the Chengdu Branch, to act as Branch Head. This appointment will be effective from the date the bank submits the corresponding acting duty report to the financial regulatory authorities.
