Kingsoft Chairman and Non-Executive Director Lei Jun Acquires Additional 4.592 Million Shares at HK$21.7183 Each

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on June 24th, non-executive director and board chairman Lei Jun increased his stake in KINGSOFT (03888) by 4.592 million shares. The transaction price per share was HK$21.7183, resulting in a total consideration of approximately HK$99.7304 million.

Following this acquisition, his latest shareholding has reached approximately 356 million shares, representing a 25.74% stake in the company.

Additional information notes that, pursuant to a voting rights agreement between Mr. Lei Jun and Mr. Qiu Bojun, Mr. Qiu Bojun is required to vote the specified shares of Kingsoft Corporation Limited in the same manner as Mr. Lei Jun. Consequently, Mr. Lei Jun is deemed to have an interest in 90,000,000 shares under the terms of this voting rights agreement.
