Nayuki repurchases 2.26 million shares, outstanding float reduced by 0.13%

Nayuki Holdings Limited (Nayuki) disclosed that it bought back 2.26 million ordinary shares on 1 September 2026 via on-market transactions. The repurchases were executed at prices ranging between HKD 0.66 and HKD 0.695 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 0.6715. Aggregate consideration amounted to HKD 1.52 million.

Following the transaction, Nayuki’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 1.68 billion shares from 1.68 billion shares, representing a 0.13% reduction. Treasury shares rose to 28.80 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.71 billion.

The buyback forms part of a broader shareholder-approved mandate dated 24 June 2026 that authorises the company to repurchase up to 169.84 million shares. Including the latest purchase, Nayuki has repurchased 19.65 million shares under this mandate, equivalent to 1.16% of the share count on the mandate’s approval date.

As per Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Nayuki is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 1 October 2026.
