CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust announced it has released a circular to unitholders on May, 26 2026 detailing its proposed purchase of 100% of the units in Paragon Trust and the entire issued share capital of Orchard 290 Ltd, which collectively own the freehold Paragon property at 290 Orchard Road, Singapore.

The circular includes a notice convening an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for Jun, 10 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Singapore time at the Raffles City Convention Centre, where unitholders will vote on the interested-person transaction. Printed copies of the notice, proxy form and request form have been dispatched, while electronic versions are available on the trust’s and SGX’s websites.

Unitholders may request a hard copy of the circular by submitting the relevant form by 5:00 p.m. Singapore time on Jun, 01 2026.
