The coupon rate for Series 1 of China International Capital Corporation Limited's (ASX: 03908) 2026 issuance of technology innovation corporate bonds for professional investors has been set.

The total issuance size for this second tranche of bonds is up to 4 billion renminbi, inclusive, with no provision for an over-allotment option.

On July 16, 2026, the lead underwriter conducted a book-building process with institutional investors to determine the coupon rates.

Based on the results of this inquiry, the final coupon rate for Series 1 of this bond issuance has been established at 1.64 percent.
